PAYMENT TERMS
- Upon receiving an Invoice, 50% is required to be paid. The deposit can be refunded within 14
days of payment. The deposit can also increase in value depending on the itinerary. - Park permits are non-refundable
- The final payment is due 30 days from arrival.
- Permits can only be purchased upon receipt of payment and subject to availability.
- If payment is not received in accordance with our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to
cancel the booking and release the rooms. - Booking 45 prior to arrival full payment will be required.
CANCELLATION TERMS
- Cancellation due 60 days’ before arrival 50% is refundable.
- Cancellation due to 30 days before arrival payment is non-refundable.
